Raising Consciousness

There is a beautiful synchronicity between The Light Space and the subject matter of a current project, a film with the working title of ‘Awaken’ by Otto Brockway – about the power of meditation and how it is being used in the world to change negative situations. Filming started at the beginning of February and we have just returned from our first location, in and around the townships of Johannesburg, South Africa. The scenes explored how students, who are refugees from conflict and strife are helped by consciousness based education transforming their self esteem, their outlook and their academic performance for the benefit of the continent. It was an incredibly moving and powerful experience

Filming will continue throughout 2015 in locations around the world.
